We’ve Listened to Your Feedback
Thanks for all your feedback from recent polls and surveys - we've been listening and made some changes to make the newsletter work better for you.
Events are now formatted more compactly so there's less scrolling (all the same info is still there), and we've made it easier to tell different events apart. The community section was getting pretty busy with long lists, so we've split it into categories to help you find what you're looking for more easily.
We've also tidied up the nightlife section so it's clearer what's on each day, and added "free" labels after ticket links - lots of you asked for that one.
We'll keep tweaking things as we get more feedback, so please let us know what you think of the changes or if you have other suggestions by replying to this email or using the poll later on.

Rare Signed Banksy Prints on Display at Shrewsbury Museum
Shrewsbury Museum is now displaying two rare signed Banksy prints as part of the Arts Trail's Inspirational Exhibition:
New Art Exhibitions Launch Across Shrewsbury Galleries
Several exciting exhibitions are opening in the coming weeks. Soden Collection presents "Pub Money" the first solo exhibition by Shrewsbury-born artist Louis Wootton-Davies, exploring British working-class identity through paintings based on family archives and contemporary Shrewsbury scenes. The exhibition opens with a preview on Friday 1st August from 6pm.
Bear Steps Gallery currently features Gill Stokes across the Main Gallery, Balcony & Link Room until 2nd August, followed by Tricia Crowther in the Main Gallery and Katherine Soutar in the Balcony & Link Room from 3rd-16th August.
Shrewsbury Museum Cafe Holds Launch Event
The Museum Cafe celebrated with a successful launch party this week, highlighting their diverse menu offerings.
Founding Trustees Sought for New Shropshire Wellbeing Charity
A new Shropshire charity is forming to make yoga and holistic wellbeing accessible to those facing barriers like stress, illness, financial hardship, or social isolation.
Building on Jenna Blair Yoga Community's work, it will offer yoga and alternative therapies through local partnerships, supporting cancer care, menopause wellbeing, mental health recovery, and refugee inclusion.
The organization seeks founding trustees for voluntary roles requiring 4-6 hours monthly. They particularly welcome candidates with experience in finance, HR, safeguarding, fundraising, marketing, or community development.
